The collections show Tyrolean jewels of art from nine centuries. Amongst these objects are choice masterpieces from the Romantic and Gothic period as well as numerous testimonials of religious folk art.

The historical cultural objects from the region and a collection of rare gothic sculptures are definitely well worth a visit.

In 2005 the Augustiner Museum was awarded the Tyrolean Museums prize and in 1994 received the Austrian Museums prize. How about that?
