Tariff definitions

Children´s passes

Considered as children are children born in 1996 up until 2006, bambini’s are children born in 2006 or after (bambini passes are only issued upon production of a valid identification card! Special pass € 1,00 resp. € 5,00 for season passes).

Tarrifs

The tariffs for the Winter season 2011/2012 are valid until further notice. Subject to change. All prices are in € incl. 10 % V.A.T. Ski passes are only valid on consecutive days, an interruption is not possible (excl. are 5 in 7, 7 in 10 or 10 in 14 ski passes and point cards). For ski passes with validity in overlapping seasons the price is always calculated on the high season price.

Deposit fee for the KeyCard

A deposit of € 2,-- is collected for the RFID data carrier KeyCard. Only the return of undamaged, functioning KeyCards from the current Winter season can be accepted. We thank you for your understanding that we cannot guarantee the return of older KeyCards due to technical reasons.

Notes regarding ski passes

Ski passes are non-transferable! Passes are to be presented if requested so by staff!

Misuse

Misused ski passes will be irrevocably confiscated. The same applies for non-observance of orders issued by lift and piste personnel and the disregard of warning signs. Misuse of lift passes will be reported to the police! Fine!

Refund

In the eventuality of an accident ski passes can only be refunded if the pass is handed in promptly at one of the ticket desks. Used days are considered to be the days when the passes validity started to the day the pass is handed in. If the ski pass is handed in before 10.00 a.m. this day will not be accounted for. In order to give a refund a doctor's certificate from the local doctor is needed.

Lost ski passes cannot be refunded. Adverse weather, avalanche warnings, unforeseen departures, operative irregularities, shutdowns due to adverse weather conditions, closure of ski pistes etc. do not warrant refunds or extension of ski pass validities. No replacement passes for forgotten season passes or any other ski passes!
