ERSTER LEICHTER LERNEN - WANDERWEG TIROLS © - TYROL’S FIRST EASY LEARNING WALKING PATH
A new theme walk specially devised to enrich quality of life and facilitate learning and concentration abilities was created at the idyllic Lake Berglstein. „All your life you learn“ so an old saying. The only problem is learning is not always a bed of roses. More and more children suffer due to lack of concentration, exercise and for other reasons of learning disabilities. But not only for children, life’s school is a challenge for adults too and everybody can benefit from this valuable instrument aided to improve quality of life.
The science Brain Gym – Learning gymnastic is recognized as ideal training. For learning to be stress free and come naturally certain muscles in ones brain and body must function properly. Brain Gym is learning gymnastics, because it activates the movements we need for learning and restores our inborn thirst for knowledge.
The Alpbachtal Seenland Tourism together with the kinesiologist and learning adviser Herbert Handle from Kundl devised this unique project.
The information boards are placed all around Lake Berglstein, which is situated above Kramsach / Breitenbach. On the boards you will see exercises and quizzes all with a reference to thought, movement and the learning process. I’m going to give it a try.
A brochure explains the exercises along the path and can be used at home for repetition. On the one hand the boards together with the brochure are self-explanatory. On the other hand should you need advice you can call the learning adviser Herbert Handler and book a training session?
If you partake in the exercises the 2 km long Easy Learning path should take about 2 hours to complete. The quiet and remote setting of Lake Berglstein is and ideal setting for this path.
On the shore of the lake is the inn with the same name, and that is good. After brain gymnastics the body deserves nourishment. My soul needs a satisfied body.
