Guided "Genuss" Snowshoe Hike

Discover a winter wonderland on snowshoes.

A guided snowshoe hike takes place every Monday at 12:30 p.m. in Reith i. A. Together with tour guide Irmi Dessl, you will take the Reitherkogelbahn gondola lift (not included in the price) and - depending on the snow conditions – hike from the top station via the Kerschbaum Saddle or on the Reither Kogel through the Alpbachtal snow covered scenery. The snowshoe equipment and a small snack are included in the price.

Meeting point: ticket office at the Reitherkogelbahn bottom station in Reith i.A.

Suitable for: children from age 12

Bring with you: 

• sturdy shoes (waterproof)
• warm clothing
• a backpack/bag for the snack

Fees:

• price with Alpbachtal Card: € 20,00
• price without Alpbachtal Card: € 35,00
• fee includes a small snack and a drink
• please pay online or directly at the tourist office or when booking online
• Otherwise, depending on snow conditions, an alternative hike will take place
• snowshoes and poles are included. Use of the Reitherkogelbahn gondola Taxi journey (depending on snow conditions) is not included. Please bring cash!

In case of lack of snow an alternative hike is programmed to replace the snowshoe hike. For details please contact your resort tourist office.

Arrival by public transport: By bus no. 620 (www.vvt.at), bus stop "Reith im Alpbachtal Reitherkogelbahn"

Arrival by car (parking facilities): There are parking spaces directly at the Reitherkogelbahn bottom station.
