The farmer's market in Brixlegg is held every first Saturday of the month and attracts between 700 and 1.500 visitors. Twenty families offer over 300 different seasonal goods - all homemade/grown - at the stalls at the Herrnhausplatz.
Besides speck and sausages, cheese and vegetables a range of other farmed products such as handicraft, fine spirits and liqueurs, soaps, candles as well as jams, honey, bread, baked goods or juices can be purchased. Fresh fish from nearby lakes and streams can also be found at the market.
In addition to the Brixlegg farmers' market, which is certainly one of the largest markets in the Tiroler Unterland, regional products can also be bought in the region's farm shops.
