Ingredients and step-by-step recipe
Ingredients for 1 - 2 people:
3 tbs flour
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 pince of vanille sugar
1/2 tbs sugar
125 ml milk
As many raisins as you like
1 Liqueur glass rum
1 generous tbs clarified butter
1 pinch of sugar
Icing sugar
3 tbs or more (it's up to you) apple puree and/or cranberry jam
Method:
Put flour in a bowl and add salt and milk. Stir. Carefully stir in vanilla sugar, sugar and eggs. Add rum and give the batter another stir.
Turn on the hotplate (highest setting) and wait for it to be hot
Put the clarified butter in the pan and once melted add the batter. IMPORTANT!!!! Cover the pan with a lid.
Check the pancake after 2-3 minutes. Once it has risen and the underside is cooked golden brown flip the pancake and cook the other side. Cover!
Tear the finished pancake with two forks and sprinkle with sugar (to caramelise) and keep warm in the pan.
Dust with icing sugar and serve with a lovely apple puree and / or cranberry jam!
