Our renovated apartment is located in the heart of medieval Rattenberg which happens to be the smallest city of Austria (400 inhabitants only). What makes Rattenberg special ? It is primarily a pedestrian town with strict restrictions to car traffic (no cars between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and at night). This creates a very pleasant environment especially for our guests. You as our guests receive a special permission by the city of Rattenberg to drive up to our house any time for the purpose of loading and unloading your car ! There is a reserved parking place available for you 3 minutes walking from our apartment (free of charge !).
Our holiday area features a number of attractions for our guests all year around: endless walking and hiking trails, fine biking routes, cable cars and alpine huts, natural lakes, superb skiing in winter, cultural activities and: good food. Welcome !

We, Ursula and Berni, love to travel ourselves. We are both retired, enjoy family life and our garden and engage in various outdoor activities all year round (mountain walks, biking and most of all - skiing). Travelling ourselves extensivly, we like to host dear guests from all over the world, regardless of their origine, believes or color of their skin. Let us be your caring hosts in one of the most beautiful spots in Europe !

This extraordinary "old town" apartment with a comfortable size of 118 m2 for a maximum of 5 persons features modern wooden furniture and floors. It includes 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with double bed; second bedroom with 2-3 single beds), a large living room with a dining area and TV and Radio. It also features a private bathroom, separate toilette, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, micro wave, dishwasher etc, a washing machine and iron, a small balcony (for smokers and others). It offers free Wi-Fi and a free reserved private parking place at parking 1 (just 3 minutes walking distance).
Please note:
A damage deposit of EUR 200,- is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out as long as there has been no severe damage to the property.

Standard check-in-time: 2:00- 9:00 p.m. Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The building has no elevator. We will contact you after booking regarding check-in arrangements, parking and other information. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival in cash. You will be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full subject to no damage to the property. Please inform Apartment Rattenberg of your expected arrival time in advance.Key handout on arrival.
