Haus Matzenblick is an 100 year old house in the settlement Percha, which was renovated and expanded a few years ago. You will enjoy an epic view overlooking the the mountains, meadows and forests. The apartment on the first and top floor was renovated with passion to detail and is now a perfect mixture of modern and alpine style. The spacious terrace invites you to enjoy nature. Below the settlement lies Matzen Castle with its beautiful park. To the centre of Reith it takes about 10 minutes by feet. In winter Haus Matzenblick is perfectly located near the skiing area Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau. In summer you can choose between many hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity, cool off in several bathing lakes as well as in the Brandenberger Ache. A visit to the small town of Rattenberg is recommended in summer as well as in winter.

Take the A12 motorway in Tyrol, take the KRAMSACH exit and follow the signs to Alpbachtal. When you drive in the direction of Reith im Alpbachtal, you must turn right to the settlement Percha in the first sharp curve.
