Founded in April 1921 by 11 music bands, the following 16 member music bands make up today's Rattenberg music district and its surrounding area: Kramsach, Kundl, Reith im Alpbachtal, Alpbach, Mühltal/Thierbach, Brixlegg, Rattenberg/Radfeld, Münster, Oberau, Strass, Auffach, Brandenberg, Steinberg, Mariatal, Breitenbach and Bruck.

• from 11:00 a.m. - concert of the guest music band in the Rattenberg pedestrian area
• from 1:00 p.m. - the 16 member music bands will parade through Rattenberg playing traditional marches displaying their traditional costumes
• from 1:30 - 6:00 p.m. short concerts givenby the 16 music bands in the  fairground pavilion next to Rattenberg Castle ruins - honouring ceremony for several longtime musicians
• from 6:00 p.m.: - music and dance next to the castle ruins

Admission: € 5,00 for adults/children up to 15 years free of charge

The event will be postponed in case of very bad weather to 24th July 2022
