Kundl ist home to noteworthy companies and the Kundl Gorge. Hobby geologists will find themselves in a veritable paradise full of stones and conglomerations of varied wonderful colours. You can then have your treasures polished into art objects at Tyrol´s only stone polisher.

Cultural musts are the Gothic pilgrimage church "St. Leonhard" and the Kundl parish church. Every year on the first Sunday in November Kundl commemorates St. Leonhard with a special procession: the Leonhardiritt (procession with riders and horses).

The gorge is a natural jewel and is accessible for walkers of all age groups thanks to the wide path leading through the gorge. At the end of the gorge is a fun train which you can board and experience an entertaining trip.

Kundl is an ideal place to stay and have access to the surrounding ski areas. You can ski and ski tour to your hearts content in the Alpbach Valley, Wildschönau and Brixen Valley ski areas. Kundl´s eateries will cater for your culinary desires.

Ice skating in all weathers - no problem in Kundl! The ice arena in Kundl is open to the public from mid October to mid March. Inside the ice arena complex is a sports shop offering service and ice skate hire, and a restaurant. Adjacent to the ice arena is a sauna in the wellness & health temple "Via Mala".
