The Chalet Matty is located at the foot of the Reither Kogel at about 650 meters above sea level, just above the village of Reith in the Alpbachtal.

The traditional chalet is furnished in modern alpine design. All rooms are natural rooms with plenty of wood for a comfortable atmosphere. With 130 sqm, Chalet Matty has four bedrooms, accommodating eight people comfortably, two bathrooms with a shower and/or bathtub, a huge living area with an open kitchen, a cozy lounge area, a 180-degree swivel fireplace, an infrared wellness cabin, and a rustic seating area with a large dining table and plenty of space for unforgettable moments with friends or family. The balcony and terrace invite you to relax with outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, and sun protection while enjoying the view.

With a breathtaking panoramic view of the Rofan Mountains, wide meadows, alpine glow in the evening, and a heavenly tranquility, the chalet invites you to a dreamlike summer and winter vacation.

The chalet does not have a washing machine.

With 130 square meters, the Chalet Matty has four bedrooms (two beds 160 x 200 cm, a bed 180 x 200 cm and a bunk bed of 90 x 200 cm), in which eight people and a toddler up to three years have comfortable space. The bathroom in the floor is in a modern shower bathewanne and a sink, in two persons simult place found, included. In the hallway and in the hall there is enough space and storage space for cloakroom, hiking and ski equipment.

Upstairs, a huge living area invites you to relax. Enjoy a crackling fire in the 180 degree rotatable fireplace, relax with a book from the reading area or cook in the open, fully equipped kitchen. The rustic sitting area with large dining table offers plenty of space for unforgettable hours with friends or family. There is also another bathroom with a walk-in shower upstairs. The chalet has a toddler equipment. There is no washing machine.

- Our prices are inclusive prices: You will receive a fully equipped non-smoking house, in which the beds are made and for each guest a towel equipment is ready. In the kitchen you will find a dishcloth, dish towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs and trash bags. An initial supply of hygiene items such as toilet paper, soap, cosmetics is available. Water, electricity, gas, firewood, Wi-Fi and the tourist tax are included in the price as well.

The arrival is possible from 4 pm. On the day of departure the chalet has to be vacated by 10 am.
Our guests receive an access code for the front door. This and a map are sent by email one week before arrival to the guests.

Attention: There are only two parking spaces for cars! There is no further parking in the street.
