Welcome to the organic farm "Ausserhaus" at 1,015 meters with the Hausberger family.
Our house is located about 1.8 km west of the center of Alpbach in a sunny, quiet location with a beautiful view of the stunning mountain scenery next to our mountain farm.
Comfortable holiday apartments with balconies and a large garden, along with the charm of a Tyrolean mountain farm and all its animals, allow everyday stress to be quickly forgotten. Our drinking water is also a true delight and is already highly appreciated by many of our guests, as it comes from our community spring.

Arrival
Arrival by car: Arrival from the motorway exit Kramsach to Brixlegg with turnoff to Alpbach. Turn left at Lagerhaus Alpbach and continue in this direction. After the fire station, turn left at the crossroads and continue straight on from the Gasthaus Post and keep going in this direction. After the 2nd bridge we are between the first two farms: Außerhaus. Best regards family Hausberger.
