The house includes a beautiful garden that invites you to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy. The cozy garden house with seating options provides a wonderful place for sociable hours spent outdoors. A grill ensures cozy barbecue evenings with family and friends. A sun umbrella provides pleasant shade on sunny days.
For a convenient arrival, three private parking spaces are available directly at the house: one covered parking space and two additional outdoor parking spaces.

Enjoy relaxed vacation days in a quiet location while benefiting from short distances to shopping options, restaurants, and the town center. The Brixlegg train station and the connection to the A12 are quickly accessible.
In summer, wonderful hiking trails, cycling tours, lakes, and numerous excursion destinations invite you to explore. In winter, the ski area Skijuwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau awaits you, along with winter hiking trails, toboggan runs, and cross-country skiing trails.

- Take the "Brixlegg/Kramsach" exit
- Turn left (follow to the roundabout)
- At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit
- Continue straight on Str./B171 until the second roundabout
- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and follow B171 (approx. 160 meters)
- Turn right onto Weng & turn left to stay on Weng (second house on the right side)
