Wild romantic Kundl Gorge (Kundler Klamm)

The Kundl gorge is a popular excursion site for young and old, or so I’m told. The wide path leads past bizarre shapes and majestic rocks. The river bed is full of stones and a site for geological discoveries.

Starting point: Kundl, Parking Kundl Gorge (Google Maps)

Starting point at the car park at the tennis court. Walk past the Gasthaus along the 2,5 km long gorge to the station „Schlucht”. Possibility of continuing with the fun train direction Wildschönau. The fun train runs several times daily (1st May – 26th October).

approx. 1 hour – 3 km
Walk to Mühltal: one hour more – 3 km
