Villa Riedhart was built around 1890 with a lot of love and understanding by the local family doctor. The living environment is very pleasant thanks to the excellent building structure made of red brick and wood. Over the years, everything has been renovated, such as the roof, the windows, the facade, the heating, etc. The apartment on the top floor was built in 2000 and was newly furnished in 2024.

The Alpbachtal Seenland Card is included in the price. This means that many free benefits and services await you throughout the region.

You can also reach the Brandenberger Ache, the Reintaler Lakes, the forest and the Rofan Mountains in just a few minutes' walk. You can cycle directly from the front door in all directions. Villa Riedhart is located right in the center of Kramsach. If you arrive by car, take the Kramsach exit on the A12. There is a free parking space right in front of the house. Are you a train driver? It's best to get off at BHF Brixlegg. We're happy to help.
