Digital Treasure Map
Who can find all the treasures? With the digital treasure map, children and families can set off on an exciting discovery tour through the Alpbachtal. QR codes, tricky puzzles and little tasks await at various stops along the way. For every treasure found, there’s a digital stamp. Once they’ve collected them all, a little reward awaits.
At the same time, children get to know the region in a fun way and enjoy excursions with an extra touch of adventure.
Scan the QR code at the treasure stations and open the digital treasure map on your smartphone. Complete the tasks, collect digital stamps and follow the treasure hunt to the finish.
The treasure map has been specially designed for families with children. Depending on the route and the puzzles, children can solve the tasks on their own or go on a treasure hunt with their parents.
No. The digital treasure map works directly in your smartphone’s browser. No additional app is required. However, we recommend adding the web app to your home screen.
No, taking part in the digital treasure map is free of charge.
The treasure stations are located at various attractions in the Alpbachtal. You can find an overview of all the locations directly on the digital treasure map.
Yes. Once you’ve collected all the required digital stamps, you can collect your reward from the designated collection points.
Digital hiking & summit stamps
Every hiking or summit stamp you collect tells a little story about the Alpbachtal. Scan the QR code right at your destination and save your digital stamp on your smartphone.
You’ll also receive interesting facts about each location, fascinating insights into nature, and recommendations for further hikes, places to stop for refreshments and places to visit in the surrounding area. With every stamp you collect, you’ll be one step closer to your hiking or summit pin.
There is a QR code at each stamp point. Scan it with your smartphone and the stamp will be automatically added to your digital collection.
You can collect hiking stamps at selected hiking destinations. Summit stamps can be found on the peaks in the region. Both hiking stamps and summit stamps count towards the hiking badge. Only summit stamps count towards the summit badge.

- 3 stamps = Bronze Hiking Badge
- 6 stamps = Silver Hiking Badge
- 9 stamps = Gold Hiking Badge
For the summit badge, only summit stamps count.
- 3 summit stamps = Summit Badge
Yes. For the hiking badge, both hiking stamps and summit stamps are counted together. For the summit badge, however, only summit stamps are taken into account.
No. The digital hiking and summit stamps work directly via your smartphone’s browser.
The digital hiking and summit stamps can be found at selected hiking destinations and peaks in the Alpbachtal. You’ll find a QR code on site, which you can simply scan with your smartphone. The stamp will then be automatically added to your digital collection.
Once you have collected the required number of stamps, you can collect your hiking or summit pin from any tourist information office in the Alpbachtal.
With the Alpbachtal Card, the pins are free of charge. Without a guest card, there is a contribution towards costs of €3.00 per pin.
