Winklers Chef's Table

Christian Winkler is a name in the German-speaking gastro scene: He earned a Michelin star at a young age and was last awarded 3 toques at Gasthof Auwirt in the Kitzbühel area. In the historic atmosphere of the Old Town Hall in the medieval town of Rattenberg, he has now found his culinary home. In the stylishly renovated tower room on the first floor, he serves an exclusive 12-course gourmet menu of international standard to 12 guests at his CHEFS TABLE, with his wife & sommelier Sigrid Winkler presenting perfectly paired wines. The passionate hosts personally take care of their guests; you can even watch the chef cook. The ambiance is a tastefully timeless and cozy symbiosis of historical substance and design.

As part of "WINKLER'S DELIGHTFUL AFTERNOON", you can individually book a place from Friday to Monday, with a uniform start time of 2:00 PM.

For groups that prefer privacy, the cozy Baroque parlor is perfect for 6 – 8 people. Smaller menus are also served there (4-course gourmet menu with 6 "kitchen greetings" and mini courses beforehand for € 125.00 per person).
