Founded in 1799 as a bookbinding shop and bookstore, the business is one of the most traditional small family businesses in the medieval town of Rattenberg.
The store's offering includes a selection of paper products with newspapers in the entrance area and a selection of books in the rear area along with the TIROL shop. The Armütter publishing house has released three illustrated volumes so far.

Free parking is available in front of the store (daily until 10:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m.).
