The Peyerlhof is idyllically situated amidst green meadows in Zimmermoos above Brixlegg. The beautiful farm is home to the Moser family, who keep cows and pigs here. Animal welfare is a top priority for the Moser family and so all animals spend the summer on the Pletzachalm in the Achensee area.

Above the farm is the farm shop with its own butchery and processing rooms.

Bacon, sausage and specialities are available at the farm shop throughout the year:

  • bacon and smoked beef & pork
  • sem-dried sausages and Landjäger
  • sausage sticks, salami and sausages for snacks
  • minced meat and Mettwurst sausage
  • Fresh beef & pork by prior order

The Peyerlhof products are also sold at the Brixlegg farmers' market at the Herrnhausplatz held every 1st Saturday of the month from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
