On the sunny side of Alpbach, just a few minutes' walk from the village center, our new apartment is being built with a breathtaking view of the surrounding Alpbacher mountain world. The quiet location and proximity to restaurants, shops, and bus stops make our house the ideal place for relaxing vacation days in the Alpbachtal.
From winter 2026, we will be renting a modern and richly equipped apartment of about 55 m², designed with great attention to detail, providing you with the best comfort for your vacation.
Our house is a perfect starting point for numerous activities in nature. Beautiful hikes and ski tours start directly from the accommodation. The ski area can also be reached quickly and offers excellent conditions for skiing, tobogganing, and winter hiking in winter. In summer, the wonderful mountain world around Alpbach invites you to hike, mountain bike, and enjoy.
As a guest of our house, you will also receive the free Alpbachtal Card, with which you can take advantage of many benefits and included services in the region.
A covered parking space and a dedicated storage room are, of course, available to you. In winter, you can use this as a ski room with a heated shoe dryer, while in summer it offers enough space for bicycles and sports equipment. There is also a charging option for e-bikes.

We, Sarah, Dominik, and Tobias, live in the beautiful Alpbach and are excited to provide our guests with unforgettable vacation days in our hometown.
The mountains are our great passion. Whether hiking, cycling, skiing, or on ski tours – we prefer to spend our free time in nature and constantly discover new favorite spots in our region. We are happy to share our personal tips for the most beautiful tours, excursion destinations, and special places around Alpbach with you.
Traveling is also one of our hobbies, and on our own travels, we have had the opportunity to get to know many impressive places. This knowledge helps us understand what guests look for during their vacations, and we place great importance on ensuring that you feel completely comfortable with us.

From winter 2026, we offer a new, modern apartment with approximately 55 m² in Alpbach. Photos will follow after the completion of our house in autumn.
The apartment features a master bedroom and a separate children's room with bunk beds, where the lower bed is designed as a French bed (140 cm). The centerpiece of the apartment is the bright and spacious living kitchen with modern amenities, dining area, and sofa bed. A modern bathroom completes the facilities.
The apartment also includes a sunny terrace with a magnificent view of the mountain world of Alpbachtal, a private storage room for skis with a heated boot dryer in winter, as well as space for bicycles with e-bike charging options in summer. A covered garage is also available.
Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen, and a bread roll service in the morning are, of course, included.

We personally welcome you upon your arrival, hand over the keys, and are always available for questions and concerns during your stay. Our house is just a few minutes' walk from the village center of Alpbach. Parking facilities can be found directly at the house.
Arrival by car:
Via the Inntalautobahn A12 (toll required), exit Kramsach/Brixlegg/Alpbachtal, then continue to Alpbach.
