Our apartment Rossalm is quietly and sunny located in the Alpbachtal at 1100m, idyllically embedded in the picturesque mountain world between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Zillertal Alps. Just 2 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot to the center of Alpbach.
With a beautiful view from the terrace into the valley and your own garden hut, you can relax in the evenings. With the Alpbachtal Card, you can ride the mountain lifts for FREE in the summer, and there are many discounts for the whole family.
The apartment is accessible year-round by car; in winter, please bring snow chains if necessary!
We are a family-run agricultural operation with dairy cattle and our own horse breeding; children are welcome in the stable!
Of course, you can get fresh milk and cheese from us at any time, as we sell our products directly. Our Bischofer Käsealm, which is 2.5 km from the apartment, offers a great snack and a nice day with the family, and for all sports enthusiasts, there are many circular hiking trails as well as great cycling routes.
From our apartment, you can start your walks and hikes, as you are right there! In winter, you can enjoy beautiful ski tours, snowshoe hikes, or skiing in the Ski Jewel Alpbachtal! The ski area is only 3.7 km away, and the ski bus stops at your doorstep!
However, those seeking tranquility will find everything their heart desires in the Alpbachtal.

The Rossalm apartment is suitable for 4-9 people and features a sauna, making it ideal for families, dog owners, or groups. A rustic old-wood decor will make you feel at home here. There is a large cozy living room with an open fireplace fueled by wood, as well as a couch and a TV. The living area is 200m², and it includes a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator-freezer combination, toaster, and more, along with a bar. There are three double rooms and a triple room with 1 double bed and one single bed. Two new bathrooms with shower and toilet are included. Of course, the apartment is heated with central heating. There's a separate room for waste separation and a freezer compartment. A ski storage room and a ski boot dryer are also available. A lovely sunny terrace with a garden shed and private grill is provided. In winter, we also rent out sledges.
The horse breeding is on the farm all year round, and the cows are at the Bischofer Käsealm, which is located 2 km further up, starting in May—definitely worth a visit!
