The holiday chalet Alpenherz is situated at 1400m, sunny and quietly located, nestled between the Kitzbühel and Zillertal Alps. Here, families, dog lovers, athletes, and those seeking peace will find everything their hearts desire. Sporting activities start right at the doorstep or in the nearby center, which is only 2.5 km / 5 minutes by car away. 5 km to the valley station Skijuwel Alpbachtal. The chalet is easily accessible by car, but please take snow chains in winter.

The vacation cabin Alpenherz has 200m² of living space for up to 6 people. 2 rooms with double beds and one room with 2 single beds, as well as 2 bathrooms on the upper floor. On the lower floor, there is a beautiful old wood lounge with a tiled stove and cozy areas for dining, a couch, and a television. A fully equipped kitchen as well as cooling and freezing options. A large conservatory, rustic in style, with an open fireplace, and a highlight is the beautiful large sun terrace with a lawn and panoramic views of the mountain scenery. Parking is, of course, directly in front of the cabin!

Conditions
In our cabin, the minimum stay is 4 nights, and the deposit is to be made in consultation with us. A deposit of €200 is required upon arrival and will of course be returned to you upon departure if everything is in order. Dogs are allowed, and dog waste must be disposed of properly.

Arrival

You are welcome to arrive by your own car. In winter, when there is snow on the road, only all-wheel drive vehicles are permitted, and if necessary, snow chains as well. If you do not have an all-wheel drive vehicle, it is not a problem; we will bring you from the parking lot to the hut and, of course, back to your car if you want to go skiing. When there is little snow or in spring, you can easily reach the hut with any vehicle. The ski lift is 5 km away. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
