On the large balconies with comfortable seating, you can enjoy the magnificent views of the Alpbacher mountains and end a ski or hiking day. The newly renovated apartments (in the summer of 2018), which have been furnished with great attention to detail, are located in the attic of the house and provide with their wooden ceilings and the organic oak floor for a pleasant indoor climate. The comfortable box spring beds in the bedrooms contribute to your optimal recovery and create the ideal conditions for a healthy sleep. Our kitchens are fully equipped; a Senseo coffee machine and various electrical appliances to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. We consciously do without TV sets, so you can relax in peace and quiet. A study by the University of Mainz shows that television does not contribute to recovery and that most people are even more unhappy after an evening in front of the TV.

In summer ... we are the ideal starting point for numerous hikes and walks in the beautiful nature of the Alpbachtal or spend relaxing days on the balcony or in the large garden with impressive views of the mountains. With the mountain bike, you can start your tours right on the doorstep and take a break at one of the numerous managed cabins.

In winter ... as our house is located directly on the ski route 66 of the - repeatedly awarded - ski area Skijuwel Alpbach, you can start your ski day just outside the front door and leave the car in the garage. Children will find plenty of space around the house to build a snowman or to have fun in the snow with a sled, a bob or a slide
