Our house, which is also our home, is in a quiet elevated location with woods and meadows bordering our grounds. From your balcony you can enjoy fantastic panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
You will find a well equiped apartment with a few little extras, such as books, playing cards, games, DVD-player and jig-saw puzzles, all contributing towards a relaxing and pleasurable stay with us.
We are aproximately a 20-minute walk from the village centre, and a 35-minute walk to a well stocked "Spar" supermarket, however, if you don't feel like cooking then the nearest restaurant (Gasthof Roßmoos) is only a five minute walk away!
