The starting point for this family-friendly hike is in Reith im Alpbachtal. Take the Reitherkogelbahn gondola to the top and follow the signs for Juppi Zauberwald and Reither Kogel". A short uphill path leads through woods to the peak. The Reith Kogel overlooks the entrance to the Ziller Valley. Despite being a relatively low peak the views are fantastic. Walk back the way you came and take the R11 - Juppi Zauberwald circular path back to the top station.

Directions
Take the Reitherkogelbahn gondola - walk past the Nisslhof - follow the signs for Juppi Zauberwald - at the next farm walk downhill along the road - at the next junction past the Schwabl chapel and follow the signs for the "Reither Kogel" - a short uphill path leads through woods to the peak. The Reith Kogel overlooks the entrance to the Ziller Valley and despite being relatively low offers great views. Walk back the way you came and take the R11 - Juppi Zauberwald circular path back to the top station.
