In the 1200-year history of Brixlegg in the Tyrolean Unterland, the Herrnhaus has held a significant position for centuries. As the former residence of the iron masters during the heyday of Tyrolean mining, this house has maintained its excellent reputation as an inn. Andreas Hofer also stayed here to rally his "rebels."

The Moigg family warmly invites you to their traditional family inn with beautiful antique dining rooms and a cozy garden in the center of Brixlegg. The pleasant ambiance of the restaurant reflects the family's close connection, making it a place of well-being and relaxation.

Enjoy traditional, modern, and creative cuisine in one of the beautiful old dining rooms. Christian Moigg, Lukas Moigg, and Simon Huter are enthusiastic hunters, and the game from their hunts is one of the house's specialties. The regionality and quality of the meat is revealed in the delicious dishes of the kitchen and is an important part of the taste experience. In the natural garden of the Herrnhaus, senior manager Sandra Moigg grows herbs and vegetables for the kitchen and flowers for the decoration of the magnificent dining rooms.

Wine is also well taken care of! In the wine cellar and the newly built white wine cabinet, there are over 180 Austrian and international wines. Sommelier Maximilian Moigg is happy to assist in selecting the perfect wine for an ideal tasting experience.
