For many years, the knowledge of distilling and the art of making schnapps and liqueurs has been passed down in the family. Günter Kammerlander learned from his mother-in-law how to make the best schnapps from fruit of different varieties. He has constantly expanded and perfected his skills over the past years. Through numerous distilling courses, sensory training and further education. The quality of the schnapps has been significantly improved as a result.
In 2010, Günter Kammerlander decided to complete the "Edelbrandsommelier certificate course".
