Yoga for Beginners and Advanced Practitioners

Your focus is YOU! You don't need to be flexible, bend yourself, or achieve anything. Instead: just arrive, be yourself, and mindfully enjoy yoga.

We practice a powerful, balanced, and at the same time relaxed Hatha yoga style and place great importance on safe practice. Connected with the breath, yoga strengthens the back and deep muscles. The flowing, soft movements are performed precisely, without haste.

  • Meeting Point: 08:00 a.m. directly at the studio, Dorf 27
  • Duration: approx. 1.5 hrs
  • Participants: Min. 3 - Max. 10 persons
  • Price: € 10.00 with the Alpbachtal Card, € 15.00 without Alpbachtal Card! Payment on site!
  • Please bring your own exercise/yoga mat ! You can reserve a yoga mat online or at the tourism office in Reith i.A. .

    In case of cancellation, please inform the tourist office by 4:00 p.m. the day before at the latest.  Otherwise we will be forced to charge you a cancellation fee of EURO 20,00 per person!
