Just a few minutes from the picturesque Berglsteinersee, you will find a place full of tranquility, clear air, and stunning landscapes. Whether it's leisurely walks around the lake, extensive hikes into the mountain world, or relaxing hours on the terrace – here you will find the perfect mix of relaxation and experience.

Our lovingly furnished vacation apartment invites you to feel at home: bright, friendly, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy the view of the greenery in the morning and wind down the day with a glass of wine in the evening sun.

We run the mountain farm as a sideline with our children. This includes cows, chickens, sheep, bees, and fish throughout the year. In summer, we also keep pasture geese and broiler chickens.

You can purchase eggs, pasta, liqueurs, and schnapps from us as a little souvenir.

As a little extra, we offer homemade pasta and fresh eggs from our own farming upon request. Thanks to Starlink, you also enjoy super-fast internet.

We are Kathi and Flo and live here together with our three children, Raphael, Sophia and Christoph. Our house is a place full of life, warmth and comfort — and that’s exactly what we want to share with our guests. If you enter our holiday home you are standing in the middle of a big hall.

On the left you will reach the nice kitchen, on the right side the living room. On the next steps there are 2 bedrooms, both with double bed. We can offer to add a baby crib, or a big airbed for further guests.

Bathroom with bathtub and shower are reachable on the end of the flat. 2 Wardrobes offer enought space for your ski equipment.
