Depending on the request or booking, only relevant personal data, which is necessary for the fulfillment of the requested service, will be forwarded to members/accommodation partners in the Alpbachtal Region.

The personal data on the registration forms (electronic or manual) is used for the production of the Alpbachtal Card, as only personalized cards are valid. The Alpbachtal Card is a contractual basis of the holiday booking in the holiday region Alpbachtal.

The three years storage of the data after termination of the registration is, in accordance with Article 6 Abs f DSGVO, in the interest of the user as it aids in identification of a person responsible in case of any legal infringements. When participating in a competition offered on this Website, personal data (first name, last name, E-Mail address, address, telephone number) are stored.
By participating in a competition, the user, in accordance with Article 6 6 Abs 1 lit a DSGVO, gives his/her unequivocal permission that his/her personal data is stored by the operator and used for the competition, in particular for the correlation of the participants requests to the particular participant and for the determination and notification of the winners.
The data is stored for the duration of the competition and for processing all due profit and claims for damages for a maximum of 3 years thereafter and then deleted.

If a user subscribes to the operators newsletter, personal data of the user, namely title, first name and surname, and the E-Mail address will be collected and processed. The user will then receive a monthly personalised E-Mail including information and offers from the operator that are tailored to his needs.
By subscribing to the newsletter, the user, in accordance with Article 6 Abs 1 lit a DSGVO gives his/her consent that his/her data may be used for the regular sending of the newsletter
For registration, the double-opt-in procedure is used. After logging in, the user will receive a confirmation and authorization E-Mail with the request to click on the representative link.
This ensures that only the authorized user of the specified E-Mail address can sign up for the newsletter.
The user can deactivate the newsletter subscription at any time. At the end of each newsletter, there is a link where users can delete their registration. This information is used to promote products via different marketing channels, such as E-Mail newsletters and notifications when activating the Digital Holiday Companion.
