Rattenberg by Night
The smallest town in Austria has much to tell...
Rattenberg was often a border to Tyrol or Bavaria, depending on which region the little town belonged to at the time. Active trade was conducted on the Inn, and thus the shipping on the Inn brought good money to the city's customs revenues. This naturally pleased Emperor Maximilian very much. Enjoy the amusing tales during the themed tours on a mild summer night.
The Night Watchperson on June 14 & July 12, 2026
When night falls over Rattenberg, our night watchwoman sets off on her rounds through our little town, illuminating corners that reveal stories of princes, castle lords, squires, brave citizens of the town, and many others. Smiling is on the agenda.
