Farmkehralm
Traditional hut at 1.521m at the end of the valley with marvelous views to the Großer Galtenberg. Closed on bad weather days!
The 400-year-old Farmkehralm at 1,521m with a view of the towering Galtenberg, the highest mountain in the Kufstein district is an ideal destination for people of all ages. Enjoy a delicious Wiener Schnitzel, Alpbachtaler Hüttenjause, or other Tyrolean dishes on the large sun terrace or in the cosy parlour.
The alpine pasture is located at the end of the Alpbachtal in the Greiter Valley. You can reach it on foot or by mountain bike or e-bike. The starting point for the hike is 1 km up the Greiter Valley, where you'll find a large parking lot. After approximately one and a half hours' walk, you will reach the Farmkehralm.
The Alm is open daily from mid-May to the end of October. It is closed during the winter season.
