Kirchrain Viewing Platform

The viewing platform is located directly on the Kirchrain path. The platform was built between trees.

A seating area invites you to take a break and have a snack, to linger and to enjoy the atmosphere and views. You are rewarded with views towards Aschau, Rosskopf and Hintere Sonnwendjoch.

If you listen carefully, you can even hear the wild roar of the Brandenberger Stream, which flows deep down in the valley through the Tiefenbach Gorge to Kramsach.
