Top of Alpbachtal

The new Hornbahn 2000 top station is an absolute gem at the highest point in the ski area.

The tower named "Top of Alpbachtal" stands 13m tall. From its interior the panoramic window providing wonderful impressions and an observation platform with a unique 360-degree panoramic view await visitors. In keeping with the Alpbachtal building tradition, the tower is built of wood and clad with handmade shingles. Large glass fronts provide light and sweeping views over the surrounding mountains. The interior reminds one of an informal seating landscape. A Tyrolean parlour, architecturally reinterpreted.
