In 2026, the Open Faces Freeride Contest returns to Alpbachtal. It is the perfect destination for juniors and contest beginners. Spectators can best access the event via the Pöglbahn in Inneralpbach.

The schedule features a 1*-competition (Freeride World Qualifier) and a 2*-junior competition. The location provides ideal conditions for contest newcomers and juniors. The two contests will start at 10 AM near the Hornbahn 2,000 in Inneralpbach. The award ceremony is scheduled for 2 PM.

With the large LED screen in the spectator area, everyone can closely observe the daring jumps and clean rides of the participants and cheer for their favorites.

After Contest Party
- starting at 2:30 PM with DJ Michael Strauss in the finish area
- starting at 3:30 PM at Joe's Salettl in the valley
