Rattenberger Advent- Saturday

In the medieval town of Rattenberg, Advent is celebrated differently. By candlelight and with warming fires, one enjoys the special atmosphere in Austria's smallest town. 

On the Advent weekends, the medieval town of Rattenberg shines in the light of stars, candles, torches, and open fires. Gastronomy and commerce treat you to local delicacies and invite you to relax, stroll, and enjoy. Reflective Advent music in the town's shops accompanies you through the afternoon and evening.

Due to a subsequent event – the Perchtenlauf parade – we will start the programme approximately 15–20 minutes earlier on 6 December 2025!

Starting at 14:30
- Tyrolean cultural program in the town
- Fairy tale path | from west to east, signs are located in the town for exploration
- Children's program
- Glass ball blowing at Kristallglas Kisslinger
- Children's crafting and face painting at designated places in the town

15:00 - 16:30
- Various music groups perform at different locations in the town

15:00 - 18:00
- Exhibition at the Augustinermuseum Rattenberg | Entry is based on voluntary donations

15:30 - Main stage
- Musical program by the Landesmusikschule Kramsach

16:00 - Spitalskirche (Starting from 29.11.)
- Irish harp sounds, Styrian accordion, texts and thoughts in the Spitalskirche from the “Ensemble GedankenSpiel”

- Search for shelter | Meeting point at the Nagelschmiedhäusern

There is no program on the main stage - in a contemplative atmosphere, music groups will wander through the town starting at 15:00; exhibition at the Augustinermuseum; search for shelter; children's program; harp sounds & reading.

Advent Shuttle (29.11., 06.12., 13.12.)

The shuttle will take you from 14:30 to 18:00 approximately every 20 minutes from the Rattenberger Advent to the Brixlegg Christmas Market or vice versa. Stops:
