Sacred Heart Procession

at the Lindenbühel followed by a procession. Musical accompaniment: Stadtmusikkapelle Rattenberg and the local choir.

This feast commemorates the fact that on 1st June 1796 the Landtag Committee vowed to entrust the Land of Tyrol to the protection of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in order to counter the effects of the French Revolution and to ask for God's extraordinary help.
