Schlossberg Rapid Chess Tournament "Johann Larch Memorial Tournament"

The 24th rapid chess tournament is held on 20th August on the Schlossberg (castle ruins) in Rattenberg. The tournament is held in all weathers. Food and drinks are well-provided for.

Registration details:

• € 15,00 registration fee per player
• € 10,00 registration fee for under 18-year olds
• Please pay in cash at the beginning of the tournament

Format:

• 13 rounds (Swiss system), adaptations possible depending on number of participants
• 5 minutes time for respite
• The FIDE-rules apply
• Pairings are computer generated (Swiss-Manager - Herzog) 
• Referee: Stefan Ranner
• No FIDE flash rating

Other information:

A catering service will provide for food and drinks (at a charge) during the playtime. There will be a barbecue during the lunch break and towards the end. Please switch off mobile phones during the games.
