Apartment Villa Riedhart
Villa Riedhart was built around 1890 with a lot of love and understanding by the local family doctor. The living environment is very pleasant thanks to the excellent building structure made of red brick and wood. Over the years, everything has been renovated, such as the roof, the windows, the facade, the heating, etc. The apartment on the top floor was built in 2000 and was newly furnished in 2024.
The Alpbachtal Seenland Card is included in the price. This means that many free benefits and services await you throughout the region.
You can also reach the Brandenberger Ache, the Reintaler Lakes, the forest and the Rofan Mountains in just a few minutes' walk. You can cycle directly from the front door in all directions. And the ski bus to Alpbachtal stops just 70m from the apartment. Various golf courses can be reached within 15-30 minutes. And some exciting sights await you in the immediate vicinity.

Hello. We are the girls from Villa Riedhart. We have always been warm hosts at heart. We also prefer to stay in a holiday apartment ourselves. And we have brought back quite a few ideas from our vacations. Besides work, school, and studies, we really enjoy sports. This includes climbing and bouldering, mountain biking, running, trail running, mountain tours, swimming, and much more. So here too, we can assist our visitors with some tips. With great attention to detail, we have furnished the apartment so that you can enjoy your vacation. You will feel like you're on "Cloud 9." The rooms are bright, airy, and equipped with many natural materials. Skylights offer views in all directions and of the surrounding mountains. In the living area, there is a large window front facing west.
The two separate bedrooms and a large single bed in the gallery provide plenty of privacy. It is very quiet at night, and the windows have blackout blinds. The very large sofa invites you to relax. Various books and board games are available.
The bathroom is accessible from two sides, and from the bathtub, you can enjoy a stunning view of the starry sky.

If you would like to arrive later than our official arrival times, this is of course possible. Just write us a short message.
Villa Riedhart is located right in the center of Kramsach. If you arrive by car, take the Kramsach exit on the A12. There is a free parking space right in front of the house. Are you a train driver? It's best to get off at BHF Brixlegg. We're happy to help.
