The farmhouse "Seppen" with 3 vacation apartments is located about 5 minutes walk from the center of the village in a quiet location, directly opposite a small children's park. Our house is in an ideal location for hikes or wonderful walks. The Reither Badesee is within walking distance and invites you to relax in summer.
A private parking lot is located directly at the house.
In winter, 100 meters from the house is the bus stop for the free ski bus that takes you daily to the ski area in Alpbach (6 km) or to the Reither Koglbahn (about 1 km).
At the farm our cows are looked after all year round. Especially in the summer months there is always a lot going on at the farm and a lot to do: The grass has to be mowed, the fences have to be put back in shape, the hay from the fields has to be brought in so that the bulls also get the best feed from the mountain pastures of the Alpbach Valley.

The apartment "Alpenblick" (68 m²) is located at ground level at the farmhouse and is the most spacious apartment on the farm. A bright double bedroom, a living-bedroom with tiled stove, a fine kitchen with seating area, a bathroom with shower & bathtub and a separate WC complete the apartment. The rustic living bedroom is heated by us in winter with the tiled stove. All other rooms are heated with heating.

Arrival
In order to be able to prepare the arrival optimally, we ask you to contact us before and let us know your arrival time. So we can ensure a smooth and quick check-in. Please note: The check-in for all apartments of the farmhouse "Seppen" takes place in the associated Apartment Sonnwend, right next to the farm.
Please note that a deposit of €100 must be paid in cash when the keys are handed over. Check in from 3 p.m. If you arrive after 6 p.m. please contact us on phone.
