Bischoferalm cicular walk
Looped trail in Alpbach offering splendid views
From Alpbach village centre, take the path between Postalm and Hotel zur Post towards "Trat". From there you have two options: follow the road to your left and after some houses take the untarmacked track in front of you. After several metres the road once again becomes a tarmacked road. Stay on this road for approx. 550m to the Bischofen farm and follow the signs for the Bischofer Käsalm. Alternatively, from Trat stay on the road walking past the untarmacked track until you reach the Hausberg farms. Walk up through the meadows and woods along the A6 path to the Bischofer Käsalm. The trail is described here as a circular hike.
