Kramsach is known for two things: its red marble and its water rich lake plateau. Summer and Winter Kramsach offers an ideal combination of nature, outdoor sports and culture.

Kramsach provides ideal conditions for ski novices with two beginner’s lifts in Wittberg and snow making facilities. Especially children love this piste and under 15 year olds can use the lift free of charge! Several times a day the free ski bus brings you to the nearby ski area Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau (approx. 8 km) with 46 lifts and 145 km pistes (113 km fall line). Discover the skiing area Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau, one of the ten largest in the Tyrol.
Kramsach also offers a great programme off the slopes, such as ice skating or ice curling on Lake Reintal. Cross-country skiers can use the superbly groomed trail along the lake.
Mountain hikers will adore the Rofan Range with its fabled waters - Lake Zirein. Kramsach is home to great hiking trails as well as easy walking paths around the warmest bathing lakes.
Sport lovers and adventure seekers will find plenty of distraction in Kramsach at Sport Ossi´s. His Outdoor Centre offers wild water sports such as tubing, kayaking, rafting or white water swimming. Teamwork and self-discipline are necessary on a tour of the high rope course, which is close by. The via ferrata at Lake Reintal is a challenging highlight.
Culture lovers will be sure to get their money’s worth. An air of nostalgia hangs over the Museum of Tyrolean Farms with its old buildings and their interesting pasts. Each building bears an impressive witness of a culture long past. A very particular type of humour can be found at the wrought iron blacksmith Hans Guggenbergers "Lustiger Friedhof" (humorous graveless cemetery). A cemetery without any dead, but with beautiful wrought iron crosses. Three camp sites located directly at the lakes provide for popular holiday homes in summer and winter.
