The entry fee is as follows:

• € 89,90 for early birds (until December 2023)
• € 99,90 for those planning ahead (January until the end of April 2024)
• € 109,90 for last-minute participants (from May 2024 onwards)

Your ticket to the Alpbachtal 24h hike covers the professional guidance by a team of experienced mountain/hiking guides and mountain rescue team members, food and drinks/snack at the refreshment stops and meals at the huts/inns, starter pack, finisher breakfast, finisher shirt, medal and diploma.

Free of charge cancellation is possible without giving reasons up to four weeks before the event. In the event of a cancellation that due to the short notice cannot be compensated for by the waiting list, we reserve the right to retain the participation fee. Otherwise, only a handling fee of € 15,00 will be charged. We ask for your understanding that in the case of non-appearance / non-participation (NO SHOW) despite received registration and confirmation of participation, the entry fee paid will not be refunded.

Participation requirements :

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum number of participants: 130
• The Alpbachtal 24h Hike is NOT a competition and there are no winners!
• The hike is an event that focuses on beautiful nature and an exceptional route.
• The venues offering food and refreshments cater exclusively for the participants.

Physical fitness, a healthy cardiovascular system, good basic fitness, no fear of heights, hiking experience (not climbing) and of course good spirits are prerequisites for participation! In order to ensure everything runs smoothly instructions given by the responsible mountain guides must be followed without fail. The event will take place in all weathers. In the event of foreseeable weather extremes, the tour may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. All registered participants will receive a full refund in the eventuality that the hike needs to be cancelled. Should the hike need to be cancelled after the start, the right to reimbursement does not apply.

Liability:

By submitting their registration, each participant agrees to the conditions of participation as well as the rules of conduct. The organisers do not accept any liability for theft or damage. Each participant is responsible for their physical fitness and participates at their own risk. All participants give their consent that all film, sound and image recordings made by them before/during or after the tour may be used in all media forms without consultation and payment. Their consent also pertains to further spatial-temporal use by the organisers and its media and sponsoring partners.
