One of the Tyrol's most notable museums in Austria's smallest town

In the impressive atmosphere of the former monastery the Augustinian Museum houses Tyrolean art treasures covering 9 centuries. Visitors are delighted by the changing art exhibitions and cloister concerts. The former monastery is one of the Tyrol's most notable museums. The museum is open from May (except 2020 opens in June) to October and on the Advent Saturdays.

Tip: The only publicly accessible church tower in Tyrol is in the Augustinian Museum! High up in the half-timbered tower you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the town of Rattenberg.
