There are more than 20 official mountain bike routes in Alpbachtal, including trails and forest roads that lead you to picturesque places in the mountains. In total, you will find around 250 kilometres of varied terrain to explore and conquer. The fact that the Alpbachtal is one of the top regions for cyclists is also proven by its membership in the Tyrolean mountain bike specialists.

Our special tip: One of our favourite mountain bike tours is the physically challenging but scenically beautiful route 307 from Inneralpbach to Hornboden.

From 1st November to 1st April of the following year, all MTB routes and cycle paths are closed for safety reasons.
There is no snow clearance service for these trails and many MTB routes are at risk of avalanches. Depending on the snow conditions, some routes may be closed for longer than until April 1st.
