The inn was built in 1774 on the road to the Alpbachtal Valley. To this day it is still run by the Sigwart family and this cohesion creates the special overall image of the inn.

Sigwart's Tiroler Weinstuben has been awarded four toques, and guests are treated to true culinary masterpieces by "Chef of the Year 2022" Traudi Sigwart in the cosy ambience of the Tiroler Weinstuben or the idyllic guest garden. Through a lot of hard work, love for her job and a lot of wonderful girl power, the chef has been able to assert herself and she enchants her guests with true culinary delights. Many ingredients come fresh from her own garden, from nature in the surrounding area or are produced locally.
