Two Chefs, a Special Evening of Enjoyment
On October 10, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., at WINKLERS Chef's Table & Barockstüberl in Rattenberg, the cuisine of Christian Winkler meets the signature of Simon Steindl.
After stages at Christian WINKLER, Jan Hartwig, Steirereck, KOL, and Geranium, Simon Steindl combines precision and seasonality with Austrian roots. From this, a joint 6-course menu is created for the 4-Hands Dinner, complete with greetings from the chefs and coordinated beverage accompaniment.

The price of € 269,- per person includes:

Start is at 6:00 p.m., with an end planned for around 10:00 p.m..
There are 24 seats available for the evening. A reservation is required, and payment is made in advance.
