Baking Prügeltorten over an open fire, as in days gone by
Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of Prügeltorte production and experience a special event for food lovers. In the manufactory, you will see how traditional Tyrolean Prügeltorten are baked over an open fire - just like in the old days. After the exciting demonstration, enjoy the edible masterpiece with a cup of coffee (juice for children) and gain exclusive insights into the bakery.
Prügeltorte: A piece of Tyrolean cultural heritage: The exact origin of this sweet delicacy remains a mystery, but one thing is certain: it has long since achieved cult status! Master confectioner Janette Klausner and her team still produce the Prügeltorte today with great skill and experience in several baking stages by hand. They place particular value on sustainability: all ingredients come from selected regional suppliers.
Traditional, regional & honest: Every Prügeltorte is unique – hand-cut, lovingly packaged, and thanks to their special baking method, they last for weeks. Their authentic taste makes them the perfect gift or souvenir for locals, guests, and the hospitality industry.
