Sunset Tour on the Wiedersberger Horn

What is a summer evening like high above the Alpbachtal as the sun slowly disappears behind the mountains?

On this guided sunset hike, we’ll head together across the Top of Alpbachtal up to the Wiedersberger Horn – with sweeping views over the Tyrolean mountains and a atmospheric way to round off the day.

We’ll meet at 5.00 pm at the valley station of the Wiedersbergerhornbahn. Together with guide Peter, we’ll take the cable car up to the mountain station, where the hike begins. The route first leads to the Top of Alpbachtal and then continues up to the Wiedersberger Horn.

Once at the top, there’ll be plenty of time to enjoy the view and the special evening atmosphere at the summit. We’ll then head on to the Dauerstoa Alm, where you can look forward to a cosy stop for a drink, some music and a relaxed atmosphere. At around 8.25 pm, the highlight of the evening unfolds: together, you’ll enjoy the sunset over the mountains.

Take bus no. 620 (www.vvt.at), alight at the “Alpbach Wiedersbergerhornbahn” bus stop

Travelling by car (parking):
There is a large car park at the valley station of the Wiedersbergerhornbahn.
