that´s the motto of the Café Mitanond run by the non-profit association "Arbeitsmanufaktur Schwarz/Weiss" ("Work Manufactory Black/White") founded to promote the interests of the 50+ generation - women and men who face disadvantages on the labour market
In the Café Mitanond you can enjoy delicious homemade cakes, ice-cream and a range of hot and cold drinks.
It is a meeting place for everybody - guests can read the daily newspapers, there are also books to read and everybody can take part in a game of chess. There is also a children´s corner where children can play or paint pictures.
What makes this café so special is that it is run by the non-profit association "Arbeitsmanufaktur Schwarz/Weiss" ("Work Manufactury Black/White"), an organisation promoting the interests of the 50+ generation, men and women who face disadvantages on the labour market. It is exactly this group of people who work in the café.
